Low-Carb Keto Parmesan Herb Crusted Salmon

This wild caught salmon is drizzled in extra virgin olive oil and topped with a mouthwatering blend of herbs and cheese then baked to perfection. This recipe is a family favorite and something I make fairly regularly. It's also a staple for ketosis and has only 1 gram of carbs per serving! So if you're practicing the keto diet, make sure you add this recipe to your list!


  • 5 wild caught salmon fillets (I used about 1 1/2 lbs. and sliced into pieces)

  • 3/4 cup parmesan cheese shredded

  • • 4 garlic cloves minced

  • • 1/4 cup parsley chopped

  • • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

  • • Salt and pepper to taste

  • • 1 teaspoon paprika

  • • 1 1/2 teaspoons McCormick’s Grill Mates BBQ Seasoning


Cooking Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

  2. Add the olive oil to the salmon then add the seasonings.

  3. Combine the parsley, garlic, and cheese in a small bowl and stir. Sprinkle on top of the salmon.

  4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and add the salmon. Cover with another piece of parchment paper before placing in the oven.

  5. Bake for 10 min. Remove parchment paper & bake for another 5 min.

  6. Allow the salmon to cool and serve.
